Our client is a successful well established private Company – of small / medium size, with a strong reputation in providing innovative quality construction solutions to customers throughout Australia and Overseas – primarily civil engineering, commercial (including government work) and industrial sectors.
In this role you will be responsible for administration as it relates to supporting the business. This will include: organising travel, accommodation, and vehicle hire, co-ordinating building maintenance services - gardening, cleaning, purchasing of stationary, managing the company’s vehicles – service and maintenance records, fuel, toll cards, financing etc, general administration, and some supervision of administration personnel. You will also be required to manage and co-ordinate any issues relating to IT services, equipment and support. You will be the “first point of contact” as it relates to this area. This will include: ensuring all equipment is functioning appropriately, purchasing and maintenance of equipment / consumables, (computers, photo copiers, printers, mobiles), managing the internet and port service for the business ie contacting the IT service provider when required.
With an administration background in working in small to medium sized businesses, you will demonstrate: a stable track record of employment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to meet timelines, good organisational skills, ability to prioritise, good IT and computer skills.
